2 pks. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8½ oz.) crushed, drained pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and form into a ball. Chill.

Roll in 1 cup chopped pecans.

Garnish with twists of sliced pineapple, maraschino cherries, and parsley.

Serve with crackers.
