½ Cup Onion, minced
¼ Cup Peanut Oil
¼ Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Minced Gingeroot (peeled)
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter (I use crunchy)
1 Cup Heavy Cream (I don't use cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, oil, lemon juice, 3 Tbsp soya sauce, sherry sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. This can be used to marinate chicken or pork overnight.

Drain meat - Reserve marinade. In a food processor or blender puree reserved marinade with the peanut butter and the remaining 1 tablespoon of soya sauce, with the motor running add cream in a stream. transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
