2c butermilk
1/4c maple syrup
1/4c butter, melted
1c oat flour
2/3 c yellow cornmeal
1/3 c rice flour
1/4 c buckwheat flour
1 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Whisk egg, buttermilk, maple syrup, and melted butter together. Whisk buttermilk mixture into dry ingredients.

If making a large batch of the dry ingredients- use 2 cups of the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients.
