1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Fresh Gingerroot (chopped)
1 Tbsp Celery (chopped)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
