Kraft Caramels - 50 (about 30 come in a bag)
2 T Butter
2 T Hot Water
3 C Broken Pecans - best you can find

Ghirardella dark dipping chocolate wafers (found at Sams & Walmart & Dierbergs)

In double boiler, mix caramel, butter and water until melted and mixed. Remove from fire. Line cookie sheets with parchment. Spoon mixture (in desired candy size) onto prepared pans. Melt chocolate according to package direction for melting process. Dip each candy in chocolate shaking off excess before placing on clean sheet of parchment and let chocolate set. I don't dip candies. I drip by spoon the chocolate onto the caramel/nut turtles.

Let cool at room temperature and then put in airtight container.
