9 cups flour unsifted
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c water

2/3 c sugar
2 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs
2pkg yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1) put 9 cups flour in bowl. Make well in center
2) Scald 1 1/2 cups milk and cool with 1 1/2 cups water in the mix and stire

Add 2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs
2 pkg yeast

3) Pour liquid into well of flour do not stir
4)Seal, burp and wait until seal pops off
Do not bread seal

5) Melt 1/2 lb 2 sticks butter and pour into bowl and mix
6) Knead to proper dough consistency. Add more flour if necessary
Seal, burp and wait until seal pops
7) Knead and roll out

Makes 3 loaves

8) Let rise in pan for 20 minutes

Bake at 375 until brown
