3 - 3 1/2 lbs Chicken Wings (about 20)
1/2 Cup Catsup
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed

Cut each wing at joints to make 3 pieces; Discard tips. Place chicken in ungreased baking dish 9 x 13 x 2. Mix remaining ingredients; Pour on chicken. Cover and refridgerate , turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hr.

Heat oven to 375. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Bake 30 minutes. Brush w/reserved marinade. Turn chicken, bake brushing occasionally with marinade until tender 30-40 minutes
