4 Cups cooked mashed potatoes (about 6-7)
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 Cups creamy style cottage cheese
3/4 Cup sour cream
11/2 Tbsp. grated onion
melted butter
1/2 Cup toasted almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes with mixer. Add all other ingredients except butter and almonds. Put in 9x13 well greased baking dish. Put melted butter on top. Add almonds if using. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Can put under broiler till brown if desired.
