4 corn tortillas
Refried beans
Ground meat - beef, chicken or pork
Shredded cheddar cheese
Pico de gallo
Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
Sliced Avocado
1 Egg - fried

* optional heat - chopped jalapeño or serrano peppers

Directions:
Directions:
- Fry tortillas until crisp or bake precooked tortillas in oven @ 350 for 3- 4 minutes
- Fry meat until browned, set aside
- Cook re-fried beans (from a can or best way- make them from dry beans)

- Take 1 warm tortilla, spread on re-fried beans, sprinkle on cooked ground meat and add shredded cheese, finish by topping with another tortilla.
- Repeat the steps for the remaining 3 tortillas, stacking the tortillas on top of one another.
- Once all 4 are stacked, put in 350º over for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

- Remove from oven and top with sour cream yogurt, sliced avocado, Pico de gallo, and the fried egg.

- Cut in quarters with pizza cutter and Enjoy!
