Ingredients:
• 3 lbs. Filet Mignon Chopped into 1 inch cubes
• 24 oz. Fresh Portobello or Straw Mushrooms sliced
• 4 TBS Cream Cheese (Rounded TBS)
• 1-2 TBS A1 Sauce
• 2 large White Onions (Diced)
• 2 TBS Beef Base (Rounded TBS) mixed with 12oz of hot water
• 12 oz. Package of Extra Wide Egg Noodles

Sour Cream for Topping

Egg Noodles: Follow Package Directions
Sauce: Cook for a total of 1 hour
Onions:
• In a large Skillet, sauté onions on low heat in enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
• Turn up heat to medium, cover and cook until onions are transparent
Mushrooms:
• Wash mushrooms and slice.
• Add to onion mix
Beef Base:
• Add to onions to mushrooms
A1 Sauce:
• Add to above.
• Bring to a boil and then reduce temp to low

Cook the above for total of 1 hour.
Sour Cream:
• Add to the Sauce

Meat:
Sauté meat in pan with butter for about 5 minutes until they are browned on all sides
