Ingredients:  
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix together walnuts, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add egg and milk.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes if using three (3) fruit cake tin size loaves.
Bake at 350º for 60 minutes if using large loaf.
