3 lbs. corned beef brisket with spice packet
10 small red potatoes
1 onion with meat
5 carrots, cut into 3" pieces
1 large head cabbage, cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Place corned beef in pot and cover with water. Add spice packet. Cover pot and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer approximately 50 minutes, per pound.

Add potatoes and carrots, cook til veggies are tender. Add cabbage and cook 15 minutes. Remove meat and let rest 15 minutes.

Place veggies in bowl and cover. Add as much liquid as you want. Slice meat across the grain.
