Ingredients:  
• Sliced cheese, cheddar or pepper jack
• 1 lb Hamburger meat
• ¼ cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 onion
Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 400F
2. Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper together.
3. Chop onion and spread on the bottom of a glass casserole dish.
4. Spread meat mix over onions.
5. Cook for 20 min.
6. Place cheese on top.
7. Put back in over for 2 min.
8. Cut and place in bun to serve.
