1 can of Corn (unspecified size)
2 cups Boiling Water
2 cups Milk, Scalded with a piece of Onion
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Open can of corn empty onto cutting board, let it stand 20 minutes or re-oxygenate then chop coarsely. Pour into saucepan. add boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes. Force through a puree strainer using a wooden potato masher. Add scalded milk (onion removed). Mix butter and flour until smooth in a small bowl and add slowly to soup stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
