1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
1 C sharp cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, cut in half
2-3 green onions, chopped
Season salt & Pepper, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Pinch or two of cayenne pepper
6 slices Carl Budding sandwich ham

Set cream cheese out on kitchen counter for 30 mins. or so to allow it to soften. Meanwhile, drain black olives and give them a rough chop. Slice green onions. Place all into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and seasonings together until thoroughly combined. Add the vegetables and mix all together.

Now for the roll-ups. Using a spatula, spread 1/6th of the mixture evenly on top of a flour tortilla and place a piece of ham on top. Roll up your tortilla.

Wrap roll ups in cling wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing in to rolls.

Slice to serve.
