Ingredients for the cake:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
75 ml Fanta soda
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder


Ingredients for the topping:
1 11 oz. can of tangerines
150 ml. heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. non flavored gelatin
6 Tablespoons vanilla
1/8 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla on high until the mixture is frothy. Add oil and Fanta and mix well. The mixture will lightly foam. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Place mixture in a buttered 9x13 pan. Cook for 25 minutes or until toothpick placed in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake.

Cake Topping:
Drain tangerines. Save the juice and add 3 Tablespoons of water into juice. In a saucepan, add tangerine juice mixture and gelatin. Heat on lowest heat and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves completely. Let the gelatin mixture cool.
In a bowl, add whipped cream and 3 Tablespoons of vanilla and 1/8 cup powdered sugar. Whip until half stiff. Stir in 1 Tablespoon of the gelatin mixture. Whip mixture until completely stiff.
In a different bowl, add sour cream, tangerines, and 3 Tablespoons of vanilla. Fold ingredients together.
Fold both the whipped cream and sour cream mixtures together and spread evenly on top of cooled cake.
