3 - 10oz cans Rotel original diced tomatoes & green chiles
2 lbs sausage- Jimmy Dean Sausage
Big bag (4 cups) of Mexican cheese (Not sharp cheddar)
Lasagna noodles (8 noodles)* (I use more & make two batches)
Pan- either a bread pan or an 8x8 pan

Don't cook noodles.
Layer noodles in pan.
Brown sausage. Drain. Set aside. Crumble sausage.
In a bowl, mix entire contents of Rotel (ie: don’t drain) with the cheese- set aside.
On top of noodles placed in pan, Layer sausage, then Rotel cheese mixture,
Repeat- noodles, sausage, Rotel/cheese mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake & let it sit the day before you want to serve it.
Bake for 45-60 minutes @350 degrees
