Parsley

Broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the potatoes, onion, and green pepper. Put in a large skillet with some oil and sauté until done. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, then add to potato mixture. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 or 6 minutes.
Slice the turkey sausage and put on top of the vegetables in the skillet Turn the heat on high. Pour in 1/2 cup of water.

Cover and steam until all vegetables are tender and everything is hot and ready. Make some cornbread and Have a Good Day! From Sister Skinner.
