20 oz. cheese tortellini (fresh pasta and cooked)
2 cups chopped celery
1 can artichoke hearts (rinsed and quartered)
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato (julienne sliced in oil)
1/2 cup Calamata olives (sliced)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1-1/2 t. Dijon mustard
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. oregano
1/4 t. thyme
1/4 t. basil
2-3 pressed garlic cloves

Drain and cool pasta after cooking.
Chop and add next 6 ingredients.
Mix dressing in separate bowl and add to mixture.
