1pkg. Lemon Cake Mix (duncan Hines is my preference)
1pkg. 4oz. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1cup water
1/4 cup oil
Filling:
2 scoops country time lemonade mix
1/2 cup water
2tbsp. butter
2cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, instant pudding, eggs,water and oil. beat app. 4 minutes. Using bundt pan pour ingredients into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55min. cool 5 minutes. Then prick cake with toothpick or skewer to bottom. spoon lemon glaze over top. cool 15 minutes then turn out on cake plate. ( I premix the glaze and have ready when cake is cooled)
