• 4 medium sized Russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes
• ½ Cup of Whipping Cream
• 1 Stick of Butter (cut into pats)
• 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make It:

Step 1:
Peel, Boil & Drain.
Peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch pieces. Bring potatoes, and enough cold water to cover to a boil in a medium-size Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 30+ minutes or until fork-tender; drain.

Step 2:
Transfer Potatoes to Large Serving Bowl.
Add Whipping Cream, Salt and Pats of Butter to potatoes.

Step 3:
Beat at medium speed with a hand-held electric mixer 30 seconds to 1 minute or to desired degree of smoothness. (Do not over beat.)

Serve immediately.

Mom made these mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The left overs were made into potato pancakes.
