1 package stouffer's frozen extra cheese french bread pizza
8 slices bacon fully cooked, drained (reserve 2 tsp fat)
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 pinch ground pepper
¼ cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175.c)
2. Cut each pizza in half width-wise. Using a fork, scoop out topping and bread, leaving ¼ inch shell.
2. Place topping and bread in medium bowl: tear into ½ inch pieces.
4. Heat bacon fat in medium skillet. Add eggs, onion and pepper: scramble until set.
5. Add bacon, scramble eggs and cheese to topping and bread: gently stir to combine.
6. Divide filling between the four bread shells.
7. Place shells on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
