1 c. Shredded Coconut
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
¼ lb. (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese softened
1 box (16 oz) confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Mix together the coconut and nuts, pour in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box and pour over the coconut/nut mixture.

Place butter and cream cheese in a sauce pan and heat in pan, stirring frequently, until the mixture is warm enough to stir in the confectioners sugar. Once combined spoon over the top of the cake mix.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. After it cools store in the refrigerator. Do not cut until cold.
