1 cup mirin (Japanese Cooking Wine)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 minced serrano pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 green onions diced
1 cup beer
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cilantro
1.5 lb beef tenderloin filet cut into 6 filets

Directions:

In a bowl mix the mirin, ginger, serrano, garlic, onions, beer, soy sauce, and cilantro.
Add the filets cover, and put in the frig for a couple of hours to marinate.
Cook on the grill or skillet
Serve with rice and any other desired sides.
