Mexican Crema ( Mayo can be substituted)
Cotija Cheese
Chili Powder or Smoked Paprika
2 Limes
Fresh Cilantro Chopped
Directions:

Grill corn until all sides are slightly charred.
Remove the corn and spread crema immediately on corn.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese chili powder and lime juice
Top with cilantro
