1 lb. breakfast sausage
10 eggs (can add more)
1 1/2 c. milk (can add more)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
2/3 bag of mini tater tots
1 c. chopped spinach (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. In large bowl whisk eggs and milk and add rest of ingredients. Grease two muffin pans and fill with egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
