1 C. KARO SYRUP
2¼ C. UNPACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1 TSP. VANILLA
ABOUT 10 CUPS POPPED POPCORN

COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER AN SYRUP IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN. BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. ADD MILK. COOK TO SOFT BALL STAGE, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. ADD VANILLA AND STIR. POUR OVER POPCORN AND MIX WELL. ALLOW TO COOL A FEW MINUTES BEFORE FORMING POPCORN BALLS.
