1 package instant potatoes (serving for 12)
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. 8oz. sour cream
salt to taste
3 tbsp. butter

Mix the potatoes as directed by package LESS the milk.
add at room temperature the sour cream, cream cheese, and salt. Put into 9x13 baking and bake at 375 for 35 minutes
