1/2 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can kidney beans (seasoned)
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 cup corn
1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup water (optional)
1 small jar salsa
1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots, onion, and garlic. Add ground beef and drain fat. Add tomato paste and cook 1 minute. Add all other ingredients (except corn) and cook 20 minutes. Add corn at the end.

Can serve over yellow rice. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
