1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained (I've used fresh and steamed it)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp Durkee Ground Black Pepper
1 jar (4oz) chopped pimento, drained
1 c. (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetable, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can Durkee French Onions. Pour into a 1 qt casserole. Bake, covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
