1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 TBsp poppy seeds
2 TBsp sesame seeds
1 1/2 TB minced onions
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Salad:
1 bag (6oz) baby spinach, ready to eat
1 bag (5oz) spring mix greens, ready to eat
3/4 sliced almonds
1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a pint jar. Cover with lid and shake well. Set aside. To toast almonds, spread in shallow baking pan, place in the oven at 350º until light brown about 5 minutes.

Mix the greens, spinach, strawberries and cooled toasted almonds. Shake dressing mixture again, and add just enough dressing to coat, toss gently. Add additional dressing as desired.
