1 9oz can of Artichoke hearts
4 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1 cup diced mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 scant tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 9-inch unbaked frozen pie crust - Thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Pat artichoke hearts dry and cut in half.

Blend artichokes with eggs, pepperoni, cheeses, salt and pepper.

Pour in pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve warm or cold
