Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound brown sugar (1 box)
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbl butter
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream, stirring well.
Microwave on high for 14 minutes...STIRRING AFTER 7.

While the microwave is running, put parchment paper all over the counter tops....you will make a big ol mess, so just spread it everywhere. Get yourself several spoons out...ready to spoon out the pralines and scrape them off the spoon. You have to work fast, so its really a good idea to have someone help you.

Add butter and pecans after the 14 minutes and stir real good. You will have to figure out if the mixture needs 2-3 min more, or if it is good. Its likely that it needs more microwave time.
Have a clear glass with some cold water in it available, and drop a little of the sauce into the glass. If it forms kind of a ball...like a soft ball, then its ready. If not...stir it and put it back in the microwave for about 30 seconds at a time.

You might have to drop one onto the paper and then decide if they are really ready. If you microwave them to long, they ruin....and if you don't cook them long enough, they don't set up. Good luck, its always a crap shoot!
