4 ounces unsweetened chocoloate
1/2 cup shortening
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375

Place choclate and shortening in a small saucepan. Dont taste the chocolate, silly...its unsweetened and tastes terrible! Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Cool 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt in large bowl.
Add chocolate mixture
Gradually add flour, stiring till thoroughly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until it is easy to handle it.
Shape into 1" balls.
Roll in powdered sugar to coat generously.
Place balls 2" apart and cook for about 10 minutes
