1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread pecan halves across the paper in a single layer. Combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, milk and salt in a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil. Let it cook until the temperature reaches 230º-235º on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour caramel over the pecans and use a spatula to spread it across. Chill in refrigerator. Melt chocolate and spread over caramel. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
