1 T. olive oil
4 pico de pajaro chiles
1 garlic clove
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/8 c.-1/4 c. water
handful of fresh cilantro
salt to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Saute chiles and garlic in olive oil a short time until toasted. Pour tomato sauce in blender and add chiles, garlic, cilantro. Blend and add desired amount of water and salt to taste.
