1 Large Broccoli
3 Small quartered onions
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces.
Cook and drain broccoli and onions.
In a saucepan melt butter, blend in flour and add milk.
Stir until bubbly and thick.
Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese
Stir until smooth
Place veggies in a casserole dish and pour cheese sauce over
Top off with cheddar cheese
Cover and chill until needed
Reheat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
