250g Cream Cheese Spread, Light
3 Tbsp. Sugar
8 slices Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
4 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
3 c Fresh Berries

Directions:

Spray 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix cream cheese spread and sugar until well blended; spread onto bread. In pan lay 4 slices, cream cheese side up. Cover with remaining bread, cream cheese down.

Whisk together eggs and milk until well blended. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned. Serve topped with fruit.
