1 lb. stew meat
4 small potatoes, diced
3 carrots, sliced
2 cups brown gravy, from seasoning mix
minced onions, optional
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. tapioca, to thicken
1 c. water, more if needed

Bake in 5 quart cast iron pot for 2 hours at 300º. Serve with cornbread or rolls of your choice.

I am all about easy and hands off for dinner so I find a way to let any meal cook unattended. this could be cooked in the crock pot also.
