1 lb. whole cranberries
1 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c golden raisins
11/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c water


1 c chopped onions
1 c water1/2 c chopped celery
1 c cored, pared apples, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer first 9 ingredients in uncovered pan over medium heat, stirring often until juice is released from cranberries. (about 15 minutes))
Reduce heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick. (about 15 minutes)
Refrigerate. May be left in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
