Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very basic recipe for chili. I first made chili when I was managing a small restaurant. I never made a batch in the small amounts listed. I, frankly don't think anybody would. If you like chili, double or triple those amounts, and refrigerate or freeze any leftovers. Also, most people would use garlic cloves and chopped onion. I would have preferred that. My son, however, did not like to bite into those wonderful objects, so I used the powders (spoil your kids much?). It really tastes wonderful to saute the onion and garlic with the meat.

I suggest that you adapt this recipe to your own taste. That's what I did.
