1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 inch piece of ginger root, crushed
1 inch piece lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sauce is reduced by 1/2 and is thick. Cool and pour through a strainer to remove the garlic and ginger root and lemon peel. Ready to serve
