Lemon juice from 1 lemon
3 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp of mustard (any kind- I used whole seed)
2 tsp dill
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp cilantro
(Can use any combo of dill, parsley, cilantro)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp of olive oil

Marinate for 30-60 min. Makes enough for 2-4 chicken breasts.
