1/4 cup soy sauce*
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
6 cloves of garlic
1/2-1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
(*Can sub red wine vinegar for soy sauce)

Directions:

Marinate 2 hours or overnight if preferred. Overnight is better if you have the time.
Grill/cook as desired.
