1 small head broccoli
1 small head cauliflower
1 lb. whole wheat macaroni or penne pasta
2 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/3 c. chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and grated
few drops hot sauce
pepper
2 1/2 C. grated extra-shart Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Salt water and add broccoli and cauliflower florets. Boil vegetables for 5 minutes, then remove them with strainer and drain. Add pasta to water and undercook by 2 minutes and then drain.

Combine SC in bowl with mustard, chives, garlic, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta and cauliflower and 2/3 of cheese. Stir to combine, then transfer to casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese. Cool and chill. Bake 375 for 40-45 minutes.
