1 navel orange (Sunkist), cut off each end and discard
2¾ cups water
1 pkg. fresh cranberries (put thru mincer, leave some whole)
2¾ cups sugar
⅔ cup seedless raisins (soak in water)
1 lemon, juiced
⅔ cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut orange up into small pieces; add water in a 6-quart kettle and boil for
25 minutes.

Add cranberries, sugar, lemon juice and raisins with it's water.

Cook five minutes then add walnuts.

Cook, stirring occasionally until it reaches jelly stage, (begins to look
glossy).

DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY. Pour into sterilized jars and store in freezer.

To test for jelly stage, puyt a teaspoon of juice in a saucer and place in
freezer. if it congeals, remove from stove immediatelky. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
