2 lbs. crab meat
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
˝ tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. Old Bay
˝ tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
˝ cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place crab in a bowl and add Old Bay, dry mustard, parsley and cracker crumbs. Gently mix together.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Whisk to combine and then pour over the crab mixture. Mix together lightly; pat out and sauté.
