1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 medium slices of soft bread, torn in pieces
1/2 cup milk
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
can of diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Soak onion in milk to soften. Combine all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Add a little juice from tomatoes for juicier meat loaf. Shape into 2 loaves. Place in shallow (greased) baking dish. Top each loaf with some of the tomatoes. Bake 1 hour until done.

This recipe doubles very well. I usually double and make 2 larger loaves. Increase cooking time by about 15-20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
