1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 8" pie plate. Beat all ingredients with mixer until smooth (on high about 1 minute). Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
