1½ cups Baker's coconut
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming butter and sugar. Add eggs to creamed mixture and beat well. Add milk and coconut and vanilla. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until golden brown and firm.
